[求助] Could not connect: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'IP' (4)
数据库连接不上怎么办？如题，我在php文件里用$con = mysql_connect("IP:3306", "root", "passwd");
网站上提示Could not connect: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'IP' (4)，怎么回事？我还需要设置什么吗？
这个问题找到了，是我端口没开。
又出现这个问题：Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 113 in /www/web/default/app/news.php on line 5
这又是什么问题啊？
