标题: [求助] 建立站点成功但是数据库连接错误！ [打印本页]

我建立好了站点，通过端口可以访问网站，但是显示数据库连接错误！我用phpmyadmin可以连接，
数据库都是属于那个站点之下的。
这个是什么原因？

还有一个问题就是站点建立好了却显示这样
ERROR 403 - Forbidden!
The following error occurred:
You are not permitted to access the requested URL.

Please contact the webmaster with any queries.

建立流程都对，为什么是这样的呢？
