标题: [教程] 新开站点或绑定域名打不开或无法访问的问题 [打印本页]

新开站点或绑定域名打不开或无法访问的问题,可以按如下方法或顺序检查
以下几种情况

一用IP可以打开，但用域名打开网站显示到默认页面
1 站点列表里是否有相应的网站信息

2 检查有没站点配置文件后台》系统管理》文件管理器》虚拟主机站点文件(nginx,apache) 点击进去，进入到vhost目录，看是否有相应的配置文件
文件名以创建站点时用的域名加后缀.conf，如wdlinux.conf

3 检查网站目录下有没文件后台》网站管理》站点列表相应网站右边的 “文件管理”，点击进去查看是否有public_html目录以及public_html目录下是否有文件
你有没装你的网站文件或程序上传到public_html下目录下

4 后台》系统管理》重起web服务
或
系统管理》命令运行里执行
service nginxd restart
service httpd restart
如果还不行，把错误信息贴上来

说明：很可能是没生效，一般重起下服务就可以

二用IP也打不开默认首页

1 确定是否安装成功，主要是在安装过程中是否有中断或错误信息

2 检查是否有80端口
可以系统管理》端口管理看是否有80端口
如果没有80端口，在启动服务列表页里找到相应的nginxd或httpd，点击后面的启动
或者
系统管理》命令运行里执行
service nginxd restart
service httpd restart
注意看提示信息
或者用ssh连接到服务器上执行service nginxd restart
service httpd restart
把错误信息贴上来

说明：
1 如果是新安装完就打不开，应该是没安装完成
2 如果是在新建站点或操作站点后打不开，99%都是伪静态规则问题，也就是伪静态规则导致nginx或apache无法启动
此时可以取消刚添加的站点的伪静态，再重起下服务，然后进一步检查伪静态规则

楼主我的情况属于：一用IP可以打开，但用域名打开网站显示到默认页面，进入到vhost目录，没有发现有vhost对应的配置文件，重启了几次还没有不行

新建了一个站点，安装了DZ论坛X2 安装好后，域名访问正常，输入IP地址确不能打开默认站点，而是打开新安装的DZX2论坛，请问问题出在那里？
注：没启动伪静态也是同样的问题，只有把站点关闭了，输入IP才能打开默认站点

【未解决】我尝试了建立一个默认站点default
但是打开IP，还是直接打开新安装的DZ X2论坛，
论坛都是新安装，该站点都未启动伪静态规则...
请问具体问题出在那里?

刚又尝试把新建的默认站点default 关闭，同时也关闭新安装的DZ X2论坛，打开IP，确直接打开了另外一个站点（之前不会有这样的情况）

，如果新安装的DZ X2论坛，如果启动，输入IP，就直接打开新安装的DZ X2论坛了...都搞糊涂了...求教...

自己添加就可以了，如果要重启也保留，就何存一下，然后重启一下 httpd 就可以了！

使用的是WDOS1.0, lanmp,部署完成后访问域名或IP地址，发现CSS无法加载和部分目录无法访问，如：提示“You don't have permission to access /bbs/ on this server.” 请指导如何修改？

还有一个不起眼的问题就是：

你的域名备案没有？你的空间商域名给你加入白名单没有？如果没有加入一样打不开的！

老大绑定其他域名可以我这个域名以前在服务器绑定过结果网站删除了我又从新建立了一个然后绑定域名带WWW就显示404 不加www就可以访问绑定其他域名都可以我怀疑是不是以前的绑定还残留求老大解决

新建站点路径我都填好的了 public_html也有服务也重启了访问实际路径是 /www/web/default 奇了怪了

老大，我求助。

安装成功之后新建站点（默认站点），用IP可以打开默认首页，用域名不行（二级域名）。

我上传文件（搬家，直接上传的原主机全部文件）到public_html 目录。数据库建好，用户建好等操作之后。
接着就打不开了 IP不行域名不行。重启服务器重启web服务。。都不行。（你提到的检查我都有检查）
我安装的一键包当前版本: wdcp_v2.5.8(20130804)

时代互联云主机，只有一个IP，想在同一主机、IP下建立多个网站站，删除了网站默认路径/www/web/default下所有文件跟文件；修改了web端口，在防火墙有增加对应端口并放行，……现在的情况就是直接IP无法访问任何东西，域名解析已经成功，多ping已经能看到对应IP……求空间域名绑定跟直接IP就能打开的方法？

同问。我用的阿里云，同一个ip，现在开始新建第二个站。第一个网站用的default目录，第二个新建之后访问也跳转到第一个站了，不知道哪里的问题。

说一下我的情况吧
阿里云ECS一个独立IP建了2个网站都用自定义路径／www／网站A；／www／网站B，建完站路径和public_html文件夹都正常，且public_html文件夹下自带3个文件（index.html errpage之类的吧）都没在意，感觉顺利安装应该会正常工作了吧，可是IP和域名无论如何访问都无法打开配置安装Wordpress的页面，就是一直停留在wdcp安装成功的页面，后来手动删除了index.html 这个文件以后，刷新－顺利安装Wordpress－搞定！希望有同样问题的朋友可以借鉴

一开始安装网站,连接数据库的时候出现502，按照帖子所说重启服务器，重启后就变成这个样子了！
