WDCP-v3.4.0 多版本PHP脚本更新

安装方法如下：
wget [url=http://dl.wdcp.net/in/phps.sh]http://dl.wdcp.net/in/phps.sh[/url]
sh phps.sh
(共支持8个版本的PHP，如5.2.17/5.3.29/5.4.45/5.5.38/5.6.30/7.0/7.2/7.3/8.2.6)

可直接执行sh phps.php
会提示相应的版本选择安装或安装全部

也可以针对或指定某个版本，如
sh phps.sh 7.1.4
即可安装7.1.4

wdcp出现比tb早，引入资本可以超过BT的，可惜了，不知道还有没有机会做大，

不需要sqlite3库吧？是不是编译的时候可以直接去除此模块，这样也系统也能少安装一个无用的库。

脚本似乎并没有达到预期，报错oniguruma 这个包没有，最后也没有装上8.2.6版本

configure: error: Package requirements (oniguruma) were not met:

No package 'oniguruma' found

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables ONIG_CFLAGS
and ONIG_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
See the pkg-config man page for more details.
make: *** 没有指明目标并且找不到 makefile。 停止。

    有没有 ssl 配置的方法 怎么才能禁用 TLSv1.0  只要服务器支持 TLSv1.0  就是显示 PCI DSS  不规范
