我也发生这个情况。
按照他的方法操作的。现在问题已经确认是发生在早期在选择mysql优化成512M以后，重启mysql造成的。

sed -i '/innodb/d' /www/wdlinux/etc/my.cnf
service mysqld restart

这个就可以了这还是老大在一个帖子里边说的我测试了可以了

我的错误提示是：

[root@04_18 ~]# service mysqld restart
ERROR! MySQL manager or server PID file could not be found!
Starting MySQL. ERROR! Manager of pid-file quit without updating file.

那就是其它问题,而不是innodb的问题

我的情况是这样,ssh登录升级bash补丁和升级wdcp补丁后,无法登陆wdcp管理面板,提示无法连接mysql，请检查mysql是否已启动及用户密码是否设置正确!: 我的是centOS,mysql正常运行,db.inc.php密码正确,服务器上网站运行正常,只是wdcp管理面板进不去
