真奇怪，我的防盗链图片怎么不起作用呢

我在wdcp后台网站管理里启用了防盗链，然后我测试了一下，盗链图片后，图片只会显示一个红叉，但是却不会显示我设置好的被盗链后默认显示的图片。我看了一下apache配置文件，好像也没问题啊，怎么就不能显示呢，求分析：apache配置文件里的内容如下（域名我已经替换成*****了）：

nginx+apache的防盗链到底是要设置在nginx里还是apache里呀
